Completely renovated in 2024 and curated with the owner's collection of Oriental and European art and antiques, the property includes up-to-the-minute bathrooms, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Suites and Apartments

Margherito Suite
A romantic brass bed in a spacious ground floor vaulted room, named after our zellige courtyard, which is a fragment of the tiny Via Margherito that originally wove its way through the historic centre.

Matteotti Suite
Twin antique brass beds refurbished with luxurious upholstery. A spacious ground floor room for sharers that can be joined as a king-sized bed.

Piazza Suite
A charming first-floor expansive double suite with a separate sitting room and a unique vaulted bathroom. Enjoy balcony views of Piazza Salandra, the central square of Nardo.

Library Suite
A tranquil, luxurious, and spacious first floor suite (over 60 sqm), overlooking the peaceful Piazzetta di Simone. It features three vaulted rooms, a viola marble bathroom with a bath, a separate dressing room, and a library study.

Simone Suite/Apartment
A Byzantine vaulted bedroom and expansive bathroom create a huge space, over 90 sqm. Designed with accessibility in mind, there is direct street-level access through the Piazzetta di Simone, and it is step-free throughout the apartment. Bookable as a one bedroomed apartment complete with a sitting room, dine-in kitchen, and a private terrace accessible from the kitchen. 

Piano Terra Apartment
This apartment occupies the entire ground floor of Nardo House and consists of the Simone Apartment and the Margherito and Matteotti Suites. They are arranged around a central dining hall and library with an honesty bar, along with elevator access to the vast roof terrace.

Piano Nobile Apartment
The Piano Nobile Apartment combines the Library and Piazza Suites on the elegant first floor. It offers over 300 sqm of living space, with living rooms that span the width of the house, a high-spec kitchen with a Lacanche range, a dining room, an honesty bar, and a private secluded veranda. There is a private entrance from Via Matteotti, or you can take the elevator straight up, so there are no stairs for luggage navigation.
